Everyone loves a cheesy delight and our Amazing Mac Cheese is terrific outdoor, easy to eat, social, happy food. Crowd pleasing, freshly cooked to order right in front of your guests and served from our converted vintage horse trailer.
Creative event organisers love the presentation of our 'small but prefectly formed' vintage horse trailer which works well in both large mixed events and smaller themed occasions. Festivals, fairs, parties, corporate events and of course weddings.
About our Amazing Mac Cheese
We cook using the American 'stovetop' method but the difference is we use a special blend of full flavour real British cheeses to create our Classic Mac.
We also use Spirali pasta which is made from the same durum wheat semolina as the more traditional elbow macaroni but the shape and the ridges gives a better surface area to hold our special rich and creamy cheese blend. For added crunch there is a sprinkling of toasted sourdough and parmesan crumb on the top.
But it doesn’t end there, we then offer an evolving choice of tasty toppings …. what about Bacon Mac, with irresistible locally cured and smoked bacon, or Chicken Mac with strips of succulent chicken breast in a smokey BBQ sauce and not forgetting our Mex Mac with sliced jalapeños, tangy hot sauce and deep fried onion crumbs.

As you would expect our food is always served in degradable bowls with wooden forks and recycled paper napkins. We say "NO" to single use plastic.

The guests all commented on how delicious the Mac and Cheese was and the horse box really did look fabulous and fitted in with our rustic theme perfectly!
We purchased some mac and cheese with bacon at the food and drinks fair and it did not disappoint! All 4 of us tried some and we were very impressed, full of flavour and great service. We even came back for some more later on but they had sold out !!! 100% recommend.
Saw these guys today.... first time I’d seen a Mac n Cheese trailer, being a vegetarian it bought a beaming smile to my face! Bought a portion freshly cooked in front of me in minutes, Served in a recycled container, with a recycled wooden fork, n a recycled napkin, awesome for the environment! As for the customer service from Keith n Tom, they made me feel like I’d known them for years!! Very friendly, happy, jolly, very pleasant guys! Fabulous job guys. I do hope I see u again. Mmmmm delish!!!
Tom & Keith were the wonderful evening food suppliers at our venue this weekend and boy did they make all the bride & groom's guests happy - not just with their brilliant food, but with their brilliantly bubbly personalities too!
